We are TEAm 8 Concessions and we feature Bennies Italian Ice, Bayou Billys Sweet Dixie Tea and Bennetts Bourbon Chicken!

All three of our trailers provide the freshest product on the midway as all of our food and drink offerings are made on site from scratch. 

 

Bennies Italian Ice is the only Italian Ice / Gelati concession company that makes the product in house, on premises using the worlds leading commercial Italian Ice making machine.  No shipped in pre frozen desert here, just fresh, delicious, real Italian ice and ice cream .

Bayou Billys Sweet Dixie produces its amazing iced tea and lemonade onsite.  Typically brewing 10 to 20 gallons of fresh iced tea every 15 minutes.  Our perfect iced tea is served in 32 oz collectable tin mugs that are made in the USA.  And as always, our refills are just a $1 for LIFE.

Bennetts Bourbon Chicken is a crowd-pleaser at every event.  Our fresh chicken is grilled to perfection onsite, placed in a homemade bourbon sauce and served over a bed of steaming rice.
